Sept. 19, 2007, Rockville, Md. -- CertusNet, a Rockville-based developer of traffic balancing and automatic service restoration software for data centers, said on Wednesday that it has received seed-stage investments from Entec Ventures and Duncaster Investments. The company, based at the Maryland Technology Development Center and headed by NetImmune founder and former RioRey CTO Jason Lu, did not disclose the size of the investments.
